Our Commitment to Transparency

Our Ethical Commitment

At Clean Law, our mission is to promote ethics and integrity within the legal profession. A crucial part of this commitment is maintaining our impartiality and independence. To achieve this, we have chosen to operate without relying on donations, ensuring that our focus remains solely on serving the public interest and upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Why We Avoid Donations

Clean Law has successfully operated without accepting donations, allowing us to maintain complete impartiality in all our operations. By avoiding donations, we eliminate any potential for conflicts of interest, ensuring that our decisions and actions are guided purely by our mission to promote ethical practices within the legal profession.

Our Approach to Financial Independence

Our financial model is based on the fees we charge for the services we facilitate. This model reinforces our commitment to transparency and accountability, as it ensures that we are directly accountable to our clients and the public, rather than to donors. Our revenue is reinvested into the organisation to further our mission of promoting legal ethics, removing barriers to quality legal representation, and ensuring accessible and transparent justice for all.

What If We Receive Donations?

While we have chosen not to rely on donations, we recognise that there may be exceptional circumstances where a donation is offered in alignment with our mission. In such cases, we adhere to strict criteria to ensure that the donation does not compromise our impartiality or mission:

  • Evaluation: Any donation offered is carefully evaluated against our mission and ethical standards. We ensure that the donation aligns with our commitment to promoting legal ethics and does not create any conflicts of interest.

  • Disclosure: Should we ever accept a donation, it will be fully disclosed on this page. Transparency is key to maintaining the trust of our clients and the public, and any accepted donation would be listed here with details including the donor’s name, the amount or value, the date, and the purpose (if specified).

Current Status: No Donations Accepted

As of today, Clean Law has not accepted any donations. We are proud of our ability to maintain financial independence, which allows us to focus exclusively on our mission. Our survival and success are testaments to the strength of our business model and our unwavering commitment to ethical practices.
